Before you settle in and make yourselves comfortable, we would like to draw your attention to the house rules for our holiday flat. By adhering to the house rules, we not only guarantee a pleasant stay, but also ensure that the flat remains in perfect condition.

Please read the house rules carefully to avoid any risks or deductions from your deposit when you check out.

Please also treat our home with the same respect that you would treat your own home. We have gone to great lengths to make the house a beautiful place where our guests feel at home.

Inventory and damage

We ask you to treat our inventory with care and only put used crockery away clean and dry in the cupboards. Damage to furniture and furnishings does occur and is often easy to repair. Please inform us immediately of any damage.

Noise level and quiet times

The flat is located in a housing estate. Not all neighbours are on holiday and have to get up early. Please show consideration for the neighbourhood. Quiet hours are from 22:00 to 08:00.

Parties or events are generally prohibited.

Playing ball games

Playing ball games in the flat is prohibited. You are also requested not to play with a ball in the driveway.

Waste separation

All rubbish must be separated. Detailed instructions can be found in the handbook.

Visitors

Visitors are welcome at any time for short periods. However, it is not permitted to allow unregistered guests to stay overnight in the holiday flat. Should the number of guests change, please inform us in good time so that we can prepare the holiday flat accordingly.

Smoking

Smoking is not permitted in the holiday flat. Please only use the outside area of our holiday flat for smoking. There is an ashtray in the cupboard.

Pets

Pets of any kind are not allowed in the holiday flat.
