The keys for the apartments are in key safes on arrival. These safes are located in the inner courtyard. To get there, the gate in the driveway must be pushed open. The location of the safes is marked with “S” on the picture.

There are a total of 4 stainless steel cylinders in the wall itself.

The lid can be turned to the side. Underneath is the actual key safe with a 4-digit code. This code must be set appropriately. The entire lock can then be turned 90° counterclockwise and pulled out.

The key ring contains

• 1 key for the front door
• 1 key for the washing machines
• 1 chip for the alarm system

Alarm system

The house is equipped with an alarm system. There is a reader for the chip at the entrance to each apartment. There you can also see whether the alarm system is active. If a red LED lights up, the alarm system is armed. If the chip is held up to the reader, the red light goes out and the alarm system is deactivated.

To activate the alarm system, all windows must be closed and no one must be in the apartment.
